"AQUA VITA" source is surrounded by the zone of sanitary protection where the protection status is applied to prevent any kind of pollution in source area or possible nose-over facilities.

Special tank-cars made of high-quality non-corrosive steel for nutritional products are used to supply water. This enables us to keep water transparent and its chemical composition is not changing at all. As water is supplied to the point, it is analyzed: its chemical composition is checked; the microbiological testing of water is done by express method. Only after obtaining the approval of laboratory services, water is pumped into storage tanks and it goes to the bottling department passing as a preliminary stage the supplementary cleaning by the system of highly effective cartridge filters and ultraviolet sterilizers. All this technology makes the final water as sterile as possible. Then, water is bottled into PET form polyethylene bottles made by the blowing-out method right in the factory and approved by WHO.

The strict sanitary control is enforced constantly at the bottling line to keep clean all equipment and personal hygiene of service personnel.

The quality of water is all times controlled by the researches in the chemical and microbiological laboratories at all stages of supplying as well as during preparation and production. All these methods ensure the sterile conditions of production.

It is necessary to point out that water “AQUA VITA”, being as the subsurface water extracted from 400 meters deepness in the artesian well drilled in the ecologically pure woods near Khudat, is protected by the waterproof crusts from any pollutions linked to the technical or economical activities of people and does not contain any metals, pesticides etc and other synthetic organic substances which are dangerous to the human health. Water “AQUA VITA” does not contain nitrates.

Water is never found in wildlife in its pure chemical composition. Being as a splendid universal solvent, water is abound always with a tremendous number of various elements and substances. The composition and proportion of the latter are determined by the formation conditions of water and structure of water supplying earth crusts.

Since the very ancient times, thinkers sought the source of many diseases among population in the mineral composition of water. For this reason, it is extremely important the chemical elements contained in water must fit the balances that are needed by human being. Water should be free of any chemical elements that might harm the health of a man.

The average mineralization of water is accepted as SanPin 2.1.4.559-96 "Potable water and water supplies of the populated areas» at the level of 1 000 mg/l.

The experimental researches have shown that the systematic consumption of water with high or low mineralization can cause the violation of water-salty balance. As a result of this process, many metabolic and biochemical events inside human body can loose their interoperability. The optimal level of the mineralization of potable water, when the inner environment of human body is conserved, is qualified in diapason 200 - 400 mg/l; the level of the mineralization of water “AQUA VITA” is 380 mg/l.

In this case, the minimal concentration of Ca in water should not be less than 25 mg/l, and Mg is to be 10 mg/l. This can be explained that matters like Ca and Mg are executing the crucial functions in human body.

First of all, Ca and Mg are the plastic material from bones and teeth.

Ca is in the composition of nucleus and cell membrane, cellular and tissue liquids, as well as it boosts walls of blood-vessel, takes part in blood fibrillation and in muscles functioning. Ca has sedative effect onto the central nervous system and it strengthens the heart activities. As it was shown by research results, lack of Ca in blood is the important factor of high blood-pressure.

Mg takes part in the exchange of proteins and carbohydrates, necessary for normal peristalsis of intestines, improves heart activities, and fulfils the regulatory and sedative functions for the central nervous system as well as for muscles. If Mg lacks in human body, there are side effects like arrhythmia, tachycardia, dizziness, prompt fatigability, muscles spasm, nervous disorder.

According to recent data, water with low concentration of Ca and Mg is one of main factors that cause the cardiovascular diseases. At the same time, salts of Ca and Mg, which determines the rigidity of water, can be one of principal factors in urolithiasis.

For this reason, it is not recommended to consummate water with high status of rigidity. Water “AQUA VITA” is characterized with the following concentration of those elements: Ca-52 mg/l, Mg-21, mg/l, which is the optimal for human body.

Another important macro element for human body is Nа. It is needed for the traction of main muscles, normal pulsation of heart and preservation of acid-base equilibrium and plays an important role in water exchange of an organism.

Na penetrates into human body with NaCl. Excess of salt inside organism is harmful. Keeping water in tissues, Na causes hypostasis, increases blood pressure, influences negatively skin. Lack of salt can engender fatigability feeling, spasm leg calf. Concentration of NA in water "AQUA VITA" is 50 mg/l.

K takes part in the exchange of proteins, carbohydrates and necessary for their synthesis, muscles traction, participates in activation of the central nervous system, regulates water exchange, pumping water out of human body. Concentration of K is12 mg/l. (СР) is the constant satellite of Mg in human body. K is together with Mg participates in regulation of the osmotic pressure in cells and tissues, regulates water exchange, concentrated in digestive juices, pancreas secretion. Concentration of chloride in water “AQUA VITA” is 26 mg/l.

S is biogenic element, e.g. the constant integral par of human body and it is concentrated in the amino acids, which are necessary for the synthesis of vitamin B6. Concentration of sulphates in water “AQUA VITA” is 80 mg/l.

Different by its salty and acid taste, sulphates and chlorides are influencing organoleptic composition of water. It is certified that few changes in organoleptic features of water decrease the secretion of digestive juice. However, favorable tasty feelings increases the sharpness of eyesight and frequency of heartbeats, but negatives – exert bad influence. For this reason, concentration of sulphates and chlorides in potable water is certified by GOST at the level of margin of feeling: 350 mg/l for chlorides and 500 mg/l for sulphates. Concentration of sulphates and chlorides in water “AQUA VITA” is the optimal level of its organoleptic qualities.

Dozens of microelements in thousandth percent amount are concentrated in water “AQUA VITA”. They participate not only in metabolic exchange, but also influences significantly the overall exchange process in the quality of catalysts of biochemical processes.

Apart from the chemical composition of water, its epidemiological status is also important for human health. Possibility of the transition of cholera, typhoid, salmonella, dysentery, esherikhiozes, rabbit-fever, brucellosis through water is proved by researches. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 5 million persons are dead annually because of low quality of potable water. The infection diseases among population are caused by water supplies in 500 millions cases in a year. For this reason, the international standards are adopted to determine requirements to the quality of potable water. In Azerbaijan, these requirements are reflected in SanPiNakc 2.1.4.559-96 “Potable water and water supplies in populated areas”, which are approved by the State control authorities. Requirements that ensure the safety of potable water in epidemiological context, are bases on auxiliary indicators like the quantity of saprophytes in 1 ml of water and quantities index (number of bacterium of intestinal bacillus in 1 liter of water). It is experimentally proved that if water contains up to 100 saprophytes in 1 ml and 3 bacterium of intestinal bacillus in 1 liter, so it does not have any pathogenic microorganisms and safe from the microbiological point of view. Microbiological indicators of water “AQUA VITA” are completely meeting the norms reflected in SanPiN 2.1.4.559-96.

So, water “AQUA VITA” has optimal rigidity - 4,4 mg/equi/l, and the concentration of Ca and Mg, salts of which determine the water rigidity, are 52 mg/l and 21 mg/l relevantly.

Alkalinity of water “AQUA VITA” is 4,4 mg/l, concentration of carbonates is 268,4 mg/l; these features demonstrates clearly the features of water “AQUA VITA” in comparison with other waters.

Concentration of such important element like Ма, which is necessary for heart and muscles activities, is 50,1 mg/l in water “AQUA VITA”.

Concentration of К in water “AQUA VITA” is 12,1 mg/l.
